Tower City was formed out of the old downtown railway station in
Cleveland, Ohio known as the Terminal Tower.

The laminar/LeapFrog™ water feature, a popular attraction, is considered
a jewel at the center. The feature is composed of long and short laminar
stream segments placed within a large, oval pool in the main hall. They
are illuminated with fiber optics, combined with fog and are choreographed
to music. The water feature currently has a variety of programs for special
occasions. WET commissioned Gerard Schurmann, a distinguished
composer of music for concerts and films, to choreograph the feature.

At one end, a ring of continuous flow jets surrounds a single column of
water. The choreography of this feature is integrated into that of the main
water feature. Fog as well as a theatrical lighting system—independently
programmed, further enhances the feature's performance.
