Located at the center of the complex, this feature becomes the stage
for a dynamic water expression that includes rain, fog, light and music.
A jewel-like, metallic ring suspended high above the ground floor is the
genesis for falling pendants of water.

Individually programmable, the pendant droppers release segments of
water of various lengths to create variations in kinetic activity that
respond to music. Other programs not accompanied by music achieve
interest by alternating long and short segments in a variety of pulsing
rhythms.

The falling water is caught within a circular basin clad with a vibrant
pattern of colored mosaic tile. Fog is emitted from multiple sources
within the basin, emerging from within the dropping water patterns.
The work is brightly lit from above and below with white light illumination.
